I am a Ph.D. student and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Mississippi, Oxford, MS. I have completed my MS degree in Electrical engineering from Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR. My research area is chaos-based hardware security. My work includes mixed-signal circuit design, compact modeling of semicondductor device, applied machine learning for logic obfuscation verification, and FPGA-based digital system design. I also have expertise in semiconductor processing and characterization. My processing experience includes thermal oxidation, thermal evaporation, metal and metal oxide sputtering, photolithography, dry and wet etching. I also have advanced expertise in magnetic nanoparticle characterization which includes vibrating sample magnetometry, dynamic light scattering measurement, high-frequency hysteresis loop tracing, and alternating current magnetic susceptometry.
